bkkkk (referred to hereafter as "we", "platform", or "site") is an online betting and casino platform in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and us.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific validity period; once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

bkkkk's VIP program has four tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular play and loyalty to the platform:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

The determination and change of VIP tier is entirely at bkkkk's discretion. Cashback is calculated weekly and paid subject to applicable terms being met.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bkkkk platform. If any such activity is identified, the account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts.
• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion.
• Using software, bots, or automated scripts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform or attempting to intrude on the system.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

8.1 Closure by You

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending transactions will be settled before the account is closed, and any valid balance will be returned.

8.2 Suspension by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Directions from law enforcement agencies.
• Prolonged inactivity (no login for 12 consecutive months or more).

• Loss or forfeited bets due to internet connection disruptions.

Our total liability will in no case exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.
